Matthew Stucky is a self-trained photographer based in Los Angeles, CA specializing on modern urban landscapes and portraiture. His work primarily focuses on the intersections between modern life and the natural world with a particular interest in geometry and minimalism. Matthew was born in Ithaca, NY where he discovered the arts at an early age. After attending Syracuse University for Drama, Matthew worked as an actor in NYC and Washington D.C. for over a decade, appearing in over 80 professional theatre productions before turning his attention to photography.
